My Spotify Growth Playbook Ad Was Disapproved by Facebook. What Do I Do?

Here are the steps you can take to appeal your ad with Facebook.

To get your ads back up and running, appeal to Facebook. This process is handled outside of ToneDen and inside of Facebook.

Here are the two methods you can use to appeal your ads:

Go to the Business Help Center at: https://business.facebook.com/business/help
Click on Chat next to Contact Our Support Team.
Notify Facebook that they've made a mistake. You can use the following messaging:

Hi there,

I believe your algorithm mistakenly disapproved this ad. This ad does not violate any Facebook TOS.

Please have a human review the ad content and approve as soon as possible.

I appreciate your help!
