How much does ToneDen cost, and what is included in each plan?

The most popular plans are the the $50/month Basic plan and $100/month Pro plan. You can add the Growth Suite to any plan for an additional $50/month.

If you subscribe, you pay a monthly subscription fee to ToneDen that will continue until you cancel it!

Can I save money by paying annually?

Yes! Generally you can save 20% off your entire subscription if you commit to an annual plan. For example, a year long subscription to the Basic plan that would cost you $600, could cost you $480 if you pay up front!

Why is Facebook billing me for running ads?

For ad spend, you pay Facebook directly via your ad account, just as you would if you were running ads directly on Facebook.

The free trial means it's free to use the ToneDen platform, but you still always pay for all ad spend directly through your Facebook ad account. This is always the case whether you are trialing or subscribed!

How much is it to use the Growth Playbooks?

The Spotify Growth Playbook is part of our Growth Suite Add-On plan. It costs an additional $50/mo and you must first have a subscription to the Basic Plan ($50/mo.) or Pro Plan ($100/mo) to add it on.

If you want to try this out, every user can try the Spotify Growth Playbook for 14-days without subscribing to the platform!

What if I want to hop on an elite plan?

If you have special advertising needs and would like to discuss more custom pricing terms, contact us at support@toneden.io!

We recommend this to advertisers who anticipate spending over $1000 a month or will be managing many different profiles!

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to https://www.toneden.io/settings/billing and clicking "Cancel."

How do I upgrade my account?

You can upgrade your subscription anytime at https://www.toneden.io/settings/billing.

Can I receive a refund?

We have a no-refund policy that can be found in our terms of service here.

Please review the section below:

Cancelling Subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time. PLEASE NOTE, HOWEVER, THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION. To cancel, you can either (i) email us at support@toneden.io and follow any instructions, if any, we provide to you in response to your cancellation request, or (ii) initiate a cancellation through your Account settings within the Services. You will be responsible for all Subscription Fees (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred for the then current Subscription period. If you cancel, we will allow you to access the Select Services until the most recently paid-up Subscription period ends, and then will terminate your access to the Select Services. Cancelling your Subscription won’t cancel your Account. See the “Termination” section below for information on terminating your Account.

Can I restart my subscription after canceling it?

Yes! You can always cancel your subscription, and all your past campaigns will remain in your account until you decide to log back in and renew your subscription in the billing section here: https://www.toneden.io/settings/billing.
